What did a Confused Engineer told!

Today was just about to end like any other normal quarantine day, corona spread all over media and talks, me sleeping for long hours in afternoon, checking all my Whatsapp, Instagram stories, showing some movies to family which I already seen but ofcourse not much into online assignments, no matter how much boredom hits me… things were like these..   until one of my college friend called… while I was still asleep in afternoon just after attending like online class atleast to login and see How’s the world taking these classes on and he asked “How’s the course going…” (One thing, we boys don’t talk in such a way but still it’s better not to mention the exact words here, okay?) Me ? well, huh, phew…. Nothing sure… But yeah, I’m doing Engineering!… Saathvik at Chamundi Hill, Mysuru The Exciting factor of Engineering:           If anyone of you had asked what engineering is?  I would have answered… Ah, Engineering… After seeing all those meme pages... "Engineering is a conglomeration o

Around Memories!

I do believe that if there is something for which the longer the clock ticks greater it's price will be, it is certainly the real life memories. They are the precious archives of the journey made so far and it is not reasonable to distinguish them as good or bad. Our mind is endowed with conserving the experiences impartial of sweet and sour. In such cases our heart has complete monopoly over mind as some matters which felt worth saving to our mind is ignored while sometimes preserves least bothered unreasonable things about which we never think of. You can't unrung the bell which had already rung. Saathvik at Madikeri Fort Memories are like sunshine in the moonlight. It may not give absolute verdict but surely remembers the day we lived from dawn to dusk. In due course of time, we would have wide ranging experiences among those dread no longer haunts us but merely a delightful exquisite making us cosy. Interestingly they trespass sometimes to real world encroaching all our s

A Letter to Santa [From an young boy]

Photo by Kate Macate on Unsplash Hello Santa,         This is me! Your boy. Can you remember me? I’m the one who sent that letter in green cover last year. Oh, I forgot. It’s your busy month of the year, sharing presents for all the kiddos out there. But at the end of the day, don’t forget to read the letter of this kid, dear Santa.         I wanted to tell you that I’m feeling great lately. Do you know why? I just figured out that I’ve revolved around the sun 18 times! I wonder. But of course the credit goes to earth. I was just there with him. But still, you would consider me as your kid (maybe extraordinary kid) right? I hope so.         Remember last year? I’ve asked you remote control car and a dark forest chocolate. But I’m a big boy now. I’ve heard people saying, “You enjoy free version of game (that’s what old-age home people say for life) almost 18 years in India. After that, it’s a whole new level”. I’m excited for that upgrade. People scare me about it being tougher b

My Writing Debut

I cannot exactly say when I truly started to write on my own but I could remember a remarkable milestone during my initial high school days. I just remember that once we have given to write a review on a movie called something unstoppable in media room which I had already seen at my home. Next day we were asked to write a review about it and our english lecturer announced that best of us will be on our school blog.     Only thing I knew about the blog then was its online reading stuff and anyone around the world could read it. I was really excited and done my assignment with utmost satisfaction. But the result announced few days later was not affirmative for me. I was thinking how better would the winner has written than me and went it through the highschool staff. My English lecturer was caring and she said about the verdict. I was satisfied with her answer as my assignment was appealing regarding with figures, places, and quotes and could make it an informative stuff but it is not re

Fate of My Homework!

Photo by Aaron Burden on Unsplash When I thought to do my homework Eyes and hands starts to ache When I destine to resurrect it I don't know for God's sake My eyes glares at rusty pages Forcing me to adjourn that   However I compile to crouch The TV shows invites to watch Obsessing homework as despised one   At great effort, I braced to do My stomach starts to rumble arousing the hunger, beckoning for dinner   After the meal, homework again nudges me I take the seat, imploring work But my eyes start to stitch itself   Then of course, gets alarm at five in morning Woke and sleep for few more minutes but clock show seven now; don't know how   I'll crusade with the time as if my head is  underwater Writing projects worst than rough   If I manage to get signature on that That day finishes successfully but Next day starts vanquishing previous effort
